GSSA West Gauteng branch

Welcome to GSSA West Gauteng

GSSA logoThe West Gauteng branch of the Genealogical Society of South Africa was founded in 2001 to serve the area between Johannesburg and Krugersdorp and surroundings.

Monthly meetings are held at 14:00 on the third Saturday at the Dutch Reformed Church Ontdekkerskruin, Phillips Avenue, Discovery. At these meetings, specialists in their fields present topics of general genealogical and historical interest. Refreshments are served after every meeting, giving members the opportunity to mingle and to discuss their areas of interest and research.
